Two days ago I had a conversation on this topic with the owner of the Paradiso casino (Clarion Hotel) who told me that he was sure that the final decision was that casinos could open ONLY from 2pm to 6am with an effctive date in May, so who should we believe. The legilators appear to believe in the "Keep 'em guessing philosophy."
