I just wanted to say thanks to all that commented. I got some good information and some good laughs as well.

A special thanks to Astroglide. You have put out some very good information and advice with your post accross the board.

I have learned I should get the information up front through interviewing and negotiation. Pay attention to their attitude, overall apearance and body language. Think with both the little head and the big head. Most of all, what the hell, have some fun. That is what it is all about. I'll probably be dead in ten years anyway. Go for it.

I require a passionate makeout session before I make my decision and I wouldn't simply rely on a promise of some kissing later.
In fact, DFK should be happening before, during, and after my decision making process.

I wouldn't even think about going with a chica who is not kissing me but simply says she will kiss me later.
Chances are significant that she won't be doing any BBBJs either.

I only go with women who are extremely passionate and affectionate kissing me at every opportunity.

The way a chica kisses you is a great indicator as to how great the sex will be and how enjoyable her company will be.

I can't be bothered enough to worry about it - I like both kissing and daty. About the only thing that bothers me is a 'sloppy' french kiss. I've run across a few whose idea of french kissing is to slobber all over you like a large dog. Now that I find a real quick turn off!
