A trial download is available at http://www.speechalator.com/store/
The software itself cost about $80 . I appears you can get a PDA version witch would be more practical than carrying a laptop around. The voice reconigtion is pretty neat. But it does need to be trained to understand what you say. Looks pretty intersting.
