Lots of good advice here.I believe in telling them the truth weather its i just finished with someone,i'm not interested,waiting,or just no.These girls are used to rejection.Rejecting them and not being rude,ignorant or the ugly american is the key.

I find saying "maybe later" really works well. Nice and simple. I say it in Spanish.
