A good friend of mine recently returned from CR very happy after meeting a newbie at the DR. Nice GF experience. Exchanged phone numbers and e-mails.

They met one time. After about a week, he received a phone call from the chica who had her translator friend tell the monger "she very loco for you". She then proceeds to put the chica on the phone who professes her love for the gringo.

All the blood drained out of his face. I wish I had a camera. Moral of the story is be careful when you give your numbers out.

Well I guess I am not playing the game very well. I had a wonderful experience my last night of the last trip. We exchanged emails and she gave me her phone number. This really didn't make any difference as I speak very little Spanish.

We exchanged a few emails and I was looking forward to seeing her again for a sure thing or nice time without the bull.

So I thought I would go all out and sent some free email flowers and now I haven't heard from her.

I guess I shouldn't have invested so much right off the bat. Oh well back to the hunt.

Since the flowers were free,perhaps you got your money's worth.Maybe they never arrived. However I do agree with your choice of gifts as opposed to what some of our other members have been bestowing on these chicas. I didn't spend that amount of money on some of my ex-wives.

I agree Vegas Bob I don't spend that much on my gf in the states that's for sure.

I may have to search for a bigger bunch of flowers to email. I don't want to seem too cheep.

I wonder if they have alergy pills on line I will have to look into that King Costa.
