I think I'll just stay inside my apt. and watch the parade of people in the Skynrd T shirts pass by to and from the concert. If you can't hum the entire solo to Freebird in your head, you are probably tone deaf (or were held captive away from a jukebox for the last 35 years).

(ok, I exaggerate)

I don't see Costa Rica on either band's tour schedule at present.

Perhaps there is a problem with the handicap access areas of the stadium? :P

More like noise than music. Latin america has one of the richest music traditions in the world and people pay to listen to that crap. Give me salsa, merengue, cumbia any day.

While I don't feel as strongly as Brother Zman on R&R, but he's "hot on the 1" about Latin music, especially in Latin America. I wouldn't go to see a Latin band in Pocatello, Idaho either (no, there's not a damn' thing wrong with Pocatello. I'm just sayin'...).

I actually got to see K*D Rock for free a couple of years ago. I got the tickets for free from one of my customers at a trade show. I still don't really like his music (except some off of the "Devil Without a Cause" album), but I have to admit that he puts on a really good show.

So is this actually scheduled or just a hypothetical for something to talk about? :?

Would have like to have seen Iron Maiden when they played Saprissa Stadium a few months back. Haven't seen them in concert for 23 years. My ears rang for two days. Makes me realize how old I am getting.

This must be the concert that I overheard three guys at the Sportsman's planning. I never did hear the names of the groups.
