just cut this paragraph from CNN.com. About Billy Crystal batting for the Yankees yesterday.

"Crystal got this opportunity after a chance meeting with Jeter in Costa Rica over the holidays. Crystal said he wasn't too happy about turning 60, and the Yankees captain wondered what would make him happy."

I figure since what would make Billy really happy (a couple of sessions at Zona Blue) they couldn't make common knowledge...so Jeter decided to let him join the Yanks for a day.

Assuming the news is telling the truth, I guess this confirms the debate over whether Jeter was in SJO. Anyone see Billy Crystal running around the gulch???

If I remember the story correctly Jeter left with a bunch of girls from the HDR. I bet he was being a true friend and taking them back for Billy. When they didn't cheer him up Jeter must have decided to take it up a level for his buddy. The girls would have work for me

Cal celebrities that go to Adelitas and Hong Kong Bar in Tijuana at least twice a month on weekends. Also I have met an amazing number of FBI agents and government types that are into mongering. So all walks of life are in to the hobby, in some way.

This wouldn't be the first time Jeter was allegedly spotted in DR, so one should not be so quick to call bullshit...

You are right on.... Numerous people spotted him and someone took a couple of pics by the pool of DJ (with his permission, of course) and posted in the VIP gallery... They were soon deleted though...
