A friend, living in CR, has informed me that as of Mar 20, the numbers of all telephones will have a digit added. The numbers will be a prefix: Mobile phones will have an 8, and landlines will have a 2. Can someone else living in CR verify this? Would be appreciated as I wouldn't want any wrong info to be put out. Thanks
