There's a local dish called "chifrijo". Anyone have a clue as to what's in it? I ask because, even though I am not a picky eater", I'm gonna be putting it in my mouth this week and asked to swallow! I would kind of like to know what's goin' down the esophagus first.

I ask because my non-hooker amiga's mother has opened a "soda" where they live out in the sticks and the mother wants to make me something nice for when I eat there next week. I have been instructed by the "jefe" that's what I will be dining on. A local "farmer's daughter" will be providing the desert!

Ahhh yes, the proverbial "farmers daughter"... See if you can also get a take out on that dessert...
