Believe it or not the largest organ of the body is your skin. Sweat is good for you. It cleanses your system. I have had a small farm on the Caribean slope, North of Guapolis for the past 5 years. I do have an outside shower next to the well and built a 5 x 7 meter inground swimming pool my first year. After working around the place for a couple of hours in the morning a quick cold shower and a dip in the pool is great. San Jose is always comfortable for me. The pacific is a dryer heat and perfect for the beach in my opinion.

Weight and mass ( I'm 6' 1" and 200 lbs) will make you sweat more but I seem to accumate after several weeks in CR. Chica's don't care with P4P, they tolerate for an hour, but any relationship outside of P4P they do care about your attractiveness, with my past experiences. Good Hygene is important in all situations. Better bang for the buck when you are in good shape and smell good.

Actually a lot of the DR chicas have been laughing at the mass of "hard bodies" that have been showing up at the REY lately. True the stupid gringas think the mussle builder body is sexy, but Latinas as a rule are not impressed at all.

I have been told many times the latinas dont like us because we have too much energy and like to Phuck really hard

I get many compliments everywhere I travel for being in good shape.
All the girls at ZB, SL, some DR girls and some of the SL staff all all let me me know how nice it is to see a nice body around sometimes 8)

I do cardio 2 times per weeks along with 4 days of weight training but I still sweat when I get into humid weather

I never had a problem with sweating in CR, unless I'm C*ck deep inside some chica. :D

Seriously though, it has never been an issue for me. At most, I've had to turn the fan on in my hotel or apartment around midday to get the air moving. Turning on the air conditioning in my room turns the place into an icebox. This from a man who HATES being hot. Given the choice between a 30 degree day and a 100 degree day, I'll take the 30 everytime.

I've never found SJO or the surrounding region to be overly hot. It can get a bit humid, resulting in stuffy rooms, so I like to turn on the AC in the morning and evening, but always set the temp to around 75 degrees F on low speed, just to dry out the air.

Now, if SJ gets too hot for you, just head up to Irazu or Poas, that'll cool you off real quick! :D

I am just the opposite, I'll take the heat. And I love the climate in San Jose, I live in S FL.

It's been too cool this trip in SJO and I did not make it to the scrorching temps. of Quepos this time. I wish I did though, I like the heat to as long as I have an ac or pool nearby. I think I'm gonna go break a good sweat in the NF steam right now. Later.

For me the central valley climate is truly one of the great reasons to live here. In two years I have never needed AC or heat. A fan or a blanket cover the extremes easily enough. I tend to get hot easily and almost never am too hot here.
