Location: I don't know where I'm going, but I sure know where I've been.
I use Pingo and have for a loooong time. (Thanks Berk). I have no trouble calling a CR cell phone. I do however have sporadic problems with land lines. It must be the calling card because if I dial the number direct it always goes through.
