I have a blackberry but this service works on several types of smart phones. They have a section on which type of phones it does and does not work on.

If you find yourself calling CR or any other country but find it a pain to have to either use a skype phone or hook up to a computer this works great. Go to http://www.iskoot.com and sign up. It will email you a code or text you the code you need to login. Download the program onto your phone, I just did it directly on my blackberry and it will sync with your skype account (takes a few minutes) and you are good to go.

I have called CR with the service while driving and didn't have any problems. I paid the usual skype fee's and that was it. The service basically redirects you to another number then forwards the call to where you need it. They are a skype partner so there are no additional charges that I could see.

You can't use this service in CR so don't try it there. It requires a data connection, not a cell connection. CR's primitive cell system doesn't do data but like I said, works great in the States.
