Well , I just officially became a GrandPa today, so that meansin exactly 18 years I'm gonna have the boy in DelRey watching his eyes pop out of his head and paying god knows what for his good time.
Just wondering if any of you guys have done this yet....
And does anyone know of any good hotel rooms with a rockin' chair? :P

To answer your question, I know several who have come to CR with their SONS, Don't know of any who have traveled with the GRANDSONS,
but I would not be shocked to hear it....

My grandaughter will be 2 in January... will be sure to keep her away from your grandson...

Gongrats. I did have my sister's son come visit for 20 days and I really can't comment any further than that. When he got back home they all said he seems quite different. When everyone asks him he will only reply that CR is a beautiful country.

Congratulations on the grandson. My son has been down twice. The first time he was 19. The mother of my 3 year old grandson says that he can't go to CR with grandpa, but we'll see in 15 yrs

Congratulations! Now, how about some cigars!?

I took my 2 sons and one of their friend's to Cancun a few years back when they were in high school. We all were in the same room at the Marriott. They wanted to eat at Senior Frogs one night, so I gave them some money, told'em I wasn't hungry and dropped them off. I parked my rental at the Convention Center and went to SHAMPOO. Took a cute 22 yr old chica from Mexico City back to the hotel and got in about 2 hrs of fun before the boys returned. They caught me right in the act. Told'em she was a secretery from Mexico City on vacation. They didn't believe me but I stuck to my story. At that time I actually thought Cancun was good place to monger, but then I went to CR and have never returned to Cancun.

He almost has one already! ... Tried to buy some "It's a boy" cigars . The dork behind the counter seemed to swell up with pride when he told me that the entire property was 100% tobacco free. This was one time that I actually felt good about tossing my cigarette butt on the ground as I walked to my car.

So my next question is, are you are going to save your strip bar t-shirt collection to pass down to him?
