About a year ago someone was kind enough to post a link to a free internet radio station named Pandora. A few months back they had to restrict foreign access due to licensing issues.

Does anyone know of a similar site for free "build your own music" station?"

Thanks

I am a big proponent of Pandora and listen to it all day long at work (it's the only thing that keeps me same).

I tried to listen to it earlier this year in Colombia and was also blocked.

http://www.batanga.com won't let you "build your own music station" but it does have some good Latin music and videos albeit with a few commericials.

I haven't done this but I suspect it will work. Find a proxy in the US and hit that first then go to Pandora and I bet you will get your music.

Hello All:
I've found that proxies to work for listening to Pandora in CR, but you have to change them all the time. Another thing that works is to use hotspot. It's designed to protect wireless users but also functions to mask your IP address so you can listen to Pandora here.

There's another great website. Rock Radio 1075
The official station that's played in the HDR.

www.radio1075.com

I like listening to it during the day. Brings back memories.
