This sounds a little familiar, there's a guy not 38 but closer to 50 that hangs around the DR all the time trying to arrange marriages and visa's for the Ticas. He told me 3 to 6 month's and she'll be in the U.S. Fee's start at $1500. and include his presence at the Embassey for her interview. I see this guy wondering around the DR every trip I've been to CR. He plays the slots alot also.
