YO Gringo Guide:

Not bad. Short and to the point with some nice liners and taste of humor. An article that treats the novice tourist with a brief view of the inner gulch while also treating the area with a bit of respect.

Now if they wanted to dice up that rag a little they might want to print "Confessions of a Del Rey slut" by a former CRS member named Easy.....with his permission of course. Or they could send a reporter and photographer to cover a "Dongordo Walking Tour" with about 10 CRT members in the herd.

Shhhhh, don't tell anyone but it's rumored that a former CRT member was on the staff of an Expat publication in CR.

Another thing I bet you did not know is that Rico, who founded CRS, furnished a number of very nice photos for artifcles in several CR threads. They were good glimpses of interesting people, locals and tourists. He is indeed a talented hombre.

Maybe old Circus will send in some articles to AM Costa Rica. Let's see, hmmmm......"Huggie and me" or "Why I can't get laid." Perhaps, "Touring the gulch from a bar stool." Damn !!! This could be a whole new career.

Forget it. I've have enough rejections in CR. No need in adding to the list.

I've been drinking vodka every day for 45 years and I have certainly never found it to be habit forming.

I liked the article. Good info mixed with some humorous Yuks. I have said it before and I will say it again, I take a cab from the HDR to the KeyLargo en la noche

LOL!! That pretty much describes downtown San Jose with all the "i"'s dotted and the "t"'s crossed.

Great read! I'm starting to get the itch for another Costa Rican adventure now.

I'm sure our guide has been hanging around downtown all the time. Good descriptions of the scene.
