Mall is Galleria and the ATM's are Red Total Machines. The location is owned by BAC San Jose. All Red Total Machines (various banks) allow withdrawals of $400.00 USD however sometimes they have limited cash and will reduce the maximum withdrawal.

You can get to that mall by going to the right out of the presidente and turning left after pop's ice cream. Although you have to swipe your CC just to get to where the ATM's are.
