I'm starting to see words and phrases like "world famous" and "notorious" now whenever you read something about the Del Rey in the media. Even the Costa Rica travel handbooks carry an obligatory note about that pink hotel. Go Del Rey!

Probably, you are right. I didn't want to say anything in the post and I am trying to have a more positive outlook on life.

However, we are both old enough and wise enough to know that usually these things backfire and all good things come to an end. That being said, I hope for the sake of all humanity, that the Del Rey Hotel is still going strong when I am long gone...
