Does anyone know if it is possible to pay a phone bill on line by credit card?

I believe the only online payments accepted are from account holders at Banco National and maybe Banco de Costa Rica.

Many pay utilities bills at Fischel, Perimercado, Servi Mas, etc. At those places you must pay in cash no credit cards accepted.
