Location: Downtown San Jose, Costa Rica, the BELLY of the BEAST

My roomdog just got back from the gulch and says the immigration police and other law enforcement are massing near the Morazan hotel. It's 9:51 pm, as I write this. I have no idea who they are after but he says all the street trash has split since this is taking over an hour to get going. We'll see how this comes out.
