On my last trip, we had a poker game that started out to be "normal" poker but we all soon realized that the idea of a "normal" poker game of seven card stud, five card draw, etc was not a normal poker game but that No-Limit Texas Hold-em is the "normal" poker game now. We switched over to Texas Hold-em and my brother and Maboman split the $120 pot. We put $20 in each.

Please sign up here if you are available and would like to play in a friendly game during the week starting June 12. I will provide the beer and snacks and it will be at Casa Vino. (Just down from the Amon Hotel and two blocks from Zona Blue.)

I envision starting at around 5:00PM and playing until the need for ladies call upon us. Maybe, then a trip to various clubs would be in order.

A nice friendly game of No-Limit Texas Hold-em with $20 buy-in with blinds of $1 and $1 never going up. Not tournament style. Just play until you want to cash out. If you go all in for the $20 or part of it, you can buy another $20.

Please let me know if there is interest. Casa Vino could handle probably 15-20 players.

We are getting closer and I wanted to see if any new additions can be added. I will be having a get-together/poker game at Casa Vino on wednesday, the 14th of June beginning at 6:00 PM and continuiing until whenever. It will be the type listed in the original post. If enough people show up for a game, great. If not, we will drink and enjoy life as we slowly ease into the evening fun. The beer and snacks will be on me.
